File(s) Transfer
We have several options for the transfer of large files. One is through FTP access to our host and a web service for transferring large amounts of data that we provide for you at no extra cost. Just let us know the size of the file and we’ll help you with the transfer.


Privacy/Protection
We do not share the information we process with anybody. Our management and translators have signed non-disclosure agreements with regard to the information in our system. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you or your company to ensure your peace of mind with regard to the security of your information. The information we obtain from the quote form you fill out in our website has a twofold purpose:
  1. we need the details of your project to be able to give you a quick evaluation and price;
  2. we need a way to get back to you.
Those are the only two reasons. Once we receive your order, we will communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any questions regarding your translation, and how to send your finalized files. This information will be kept private and we will not sell it, rent it or share it for any marketing purpose. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Loss of Formatting

Q. I’m worried that, once you translate my documents and enter text in the target language, some or all of the formatting will be lost. What can you do if this is the case?

A. We have excellent in-house DTP (DeskTop Publishing) capabilities. In most cases, we deliver your document looking exactly like the original at no extra charge. However, if extensive DTP work is necessary, you will be advised and it will be quoted separately. We work in many formats such as Word, WordPerfect, InDesign, Excel, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, PageMaker, FrameMaker, and others.



Rates/Payments
Yes, we have a normal minimum charge of US$ 35.00 for documents with less than 350 words. However, if this is a recurrent need, we will be able to accommodate you with a lower price, depending on your situation.
We accept credit card, checks, and bank transfers. We also accept payments via PayPal. You will be able to choose your preferred method at the time of payment.


Languages
Our main focus is from and into English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, but if you have a request for a different language, we work with a worldwide network of professional translators.
